This is our version of the Home Buyer Survey which is suitable for most properties – especially those built within the last 100 – 140 years.

The report is specifically designed for you to understand the condition of the property you are buying, how serious are the repairs needed and which are the most urgent. The report contains a traffic light system in order for you to prioritise the repairs and we will also include photographs wherever appropriate.

The report is written in plain English and avoids unnecessary technical jargon providing you with simple and clear advice. It will include a reinstatement cost (for your buildings insurance) and other helpful matters which may require further investigation. We will also include matters which your Legal Adviser will need to confirm.
