Montgomery Hayles is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors regulated by the RICS and is a member of the Valuers Registration Scheme. We specialise in the survey and valuation of residential properties.

Phil is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor who has been conducting valuation reports and surveys on all types of residential property since 1988 in small independent and larger corporate companies. Phil enjoys assisting his clients through the buying/selling process and will always strive to provide straightforward and understandable advice.

Richard Montgomery, MRICS – covers both Surrey and also the home counties.
Richard has been involved in the property industry for over thirty years and brings a wealth of experience to clients, having worked for both corporations, institutions and private individuals. For over twenty years he has specialised in providing surveys and valuations of properties in Surrey and south west London.
